Dr. Horner is a 1985 graduate of Creighton University of School of Dentistry in Omaha, NE. After graduation he began his practice here in Montgomery, AL. In January 1998, Dr. Horner completed the Implant Preceptorship Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Alabama Dental Association (ALDA), Academy of General Dentists (AGD), International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), as well as a lifetime member of the University of Alabama Dental School Alumni Association. Since 1999, Dr. Horner has participated in the Alabama D.D.S. program (Donated Dental Services). This program addresses the dental needs of the disabled and/or low-income residents of our area. Dr. Horner celebrates 26 years of providing his patients with comprehensive family, cosmetic, implant, full-mouth reconstruction dental care and dental sleep medicine therapy. Dr. Horner is married with two grown children. He is active in his church “Praise Team” band, playing guitar for contemporary worship services and at local nursing homes.
