Dr. Horner is a 1985 graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, NE.  After graduation he began his practice here in Montgomery, AL.  In January 1998, Dr. Horner completed the Implant Preceptorship Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX.  He is an active member of American Dental Association (ADA), Alabama Dental Association (ALDA), Academy of General Dentists (AGD), International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), as well as a lifetime member of the University of Alabama Dental School Alumni Association.  Dr. Horner also participates in the Alabama D.D.S. program (Donated Dental Services).  This program addresses the dental needs of the disabled and/or low-income residents of our area.  Dr. Horner celebrates 25 years of providing his patients with comprehensive family, cosmetic, implant and full-mouth reconstruction dental care.  Dr. Horner is married with 2 children.

Dr. Foy grew up in the Montgomery area where he attended The Montgomery Academy.  After high school he pursued his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University and UAB, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1990.  He began his dental training at the University of Tennessee in 1990 and was awarded his Doctorate in 1994.  He then returned to Alabama to further his training in a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Birmingham.  After finishing his residency, he opened Foy Dental Care in October of 1995.  He moved the office to its present location in August of 2005, where he practices both family and cosmetic dentistry.  Dr. Foy is married with 3 children.
