While we at East Taylor Dental Associates strive hard to make your dental treatment easy and comfortable, we also provide multiple options to make the financing easy and affordable too.  Our first concern is to make sure that our fees for each and every service we offer are affordable and reflective of the high quality of service our patients deserve and expect.  Secondly, we will assist you in obtaining optimum benefits from your insurance plan.  As a courtesy to our patients, we will file most primary and secondary insurance claims at not cost to our patients.  Any estimated patient co-pays and deductibles are payable by cash, check or credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.  Both, Dr's. Horner and Foy are PPO Dental Providers for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama and United Concordia.  Dr. Horner is also a Preferred Provider for Delta Dental Insurance Companies as well.

If you need a payment plan, we offer a variety of plans to fit your budget.  Our most popular plan is through Care Credit, a nation-wide patient payment program.  Care Credit offers a variety of plans from the 6 and 12 month *no interest payment plans to the *extended payment plans of 24 to 60 months on treatment plans over $1000.00.  Care Credit is easy to apply for, either online at www.carecredit.com or by telephone at (800) 677-0718.  There is no cost to apply for the card, no annual fee to have the card and no pre-payment penalties.  Care Credit is accepted in medical, dental and veterinarian offices across the country.
