As a private practice, we manage our billing and insurance coordination in-house to ensure transparency, fairness, and personalized attention. Every financial plan is tailored to your individual needs, with straightforward communication and support at every step. For patients paying without insurance, the full balance for services is due at the time of treatment.
Financial Resources
At East Taylor Dental Associates, we strive to make dental care clear, accessible, and financially manageable. Our team assists with verifying insurance benefits, preparing detailed treatment estimates, and submitting primary and secondary claims on your behalf whenever possible. We are committed to transparency so you can make informed decisions about your care with confidence.
Estimated patient portions, including copays and deductibles, are due at the time of service. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
We offer flexible financing through CareCredit, a nationwide healthcare financing program. CareCredit provides short-term, interest-free plans such as 6- and 12-month options, as well as extended payment plans for larger treatment needs. This allows you to move forward with care while spreading payments out over time.
Applying is simple and can be completed online or by calling 1 (800) 677-0718. With no application fees or prepayment penalties, CareCredit makes it easier to choose a plan that fits your budget.
We also offer financing through LendingClub, another trusted healthcare payment solution. LendingClub provides both no-interest short-term plans and extended payment options, including plans that can stretch up to 80 months for qualifying treatment. This flexibility allows you to select a monthly payment that aligns with your financial goals.

Insurance Resources
Our dentists are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Delta Dental (Premier), MetLife, Southland, and United Concordia insurance plans.

Most of these insurance companies also sell individual coverage, so if your employer does not offer you benefits, you may be able to sign up for your plan by contacting these companies directly. If you have questions about what plan might best fit your needs, please give us a call to discuss in further detail.

In most cases, we can still file the claims to your insurance. You would be responsible for the difference in cost between your plan reimbursements and our fee for services. We will do our best to estimate your copay at the time of service, but we do not know exactly how your plan reimburses because we are not contracted with your insurance.
